The Passport Book Rules of Use
A Special Note:
Please be mindful this book is used to raise money for schools and charities and the merchants in the book are helping the community by participating. Please use each coupon according to the merchants' wishes. This means following ALL rules listed on the coupons especially “Not for use with any other discount or offer.”
In order for our participating merchants to continue to support these deserving causes by being in the book year after year, we must respect the fact they are running a business.

The Passport Book...Rules of Use
Your Passport Book purchase is an invitation to explore food, fun and services around Mid-Missouri. The merchants in the book have extended invitations in the form of discount certificates in the hopes you will visit, enjoy your experience and return again.
For these merchants, whose generosity make this book possible, please respect them by observing the rules listed below. Please read them carefully and those on each certificate. And, take special care to abide by them and only present your coupons at the participating locations listed on the back of each coupon.
Combining offers ("stacking") not allowed for all coupons.
The back of all coupons state they may not be combined with other coupons, discounts or other offers. The coupons must explicitly state other options..
Participating Locations?
Please be careful to present coupons only at participating locations. The addresses are noted on the front or back of all coupons. These discount offers will only be honored at locations listed on the coupon.
When do I present my coupon?
Discount coupons should be presented to the establishment prior to ordering goods or services. And, you must present the coupon to receive the discount.
Restaurants? How do these offers work?
On any “buy one get one” offer, order two or more of the specified items and your server will discount or deduct the least expensive item (up to the maximum dollar amount stated on the coupon).
Gratuity?
In general, the tip should total 15 to 20% of your bill prior to deducting the discount. Also, some restaurants reserve the right to add gratuity when a discount certificate is used.
Dining in groups?
Restaurants reserve the right to limit the number of discount certificates honored within the same dining party. Please respect a merchants’ request to limit the number of coupons honored at one time.
What if a merchant offers other specials?
Unless otherwise noted on the discount coupon, coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
Holidays are excluded for all coupons.
All offers are NOT VALID on Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve and Day, Thanksgiving, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day and any other holidays a merchant decides to exclude. Regional event weekends may also be excluded at the individual merchants’ discretion.
All participating merchants have made assurances to The Passport, Inc. to honor their discount coupons. The Passport, Inc. cannot be held liable for any events beyond its control. This includes the failure of a business to honor the certificates due to a change in management or ownership, closing of a business or any other circumstances.
