Refunds & Returns, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies
REFUNDS & RETURNS
It's easy to return an item if you're not satisfied.
We must receive your returned item within 14 days. Items must be returned unused and undamaged.
Please call (573) 657-9448, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST to notify us of your intention to return the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items should be shipped/mailed to:

We inspect all returned items when they arrive. We refund the full cost of the item and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or a defective product. If the return is not a result of our error and you return the unused and undamaged item within 14 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the item minus the original shipping charge. We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, are damaged or, show signs of wear.
Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days of receipt of the item in unused and undamaged condition. We will notify you by email when your refund is processed.
CANCELLATIONS
We try very hard to ship all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) of when then are received.
Therefore, should you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Call (573) 657-9448 immediately. If your call is outside of our regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST, please leave a message with:
- the name on your order
- what items you ordered
- a phone number where we can contact you at the start of the next business day.
Should your order already have shipped, a refund will be provided as soon as the product is returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returned products should be shipped/mailed to:
